My bestie suggested we take an intro to pole class back in January of this year. I was super reluctant and didn't think I would like it, but boy was I wrong!! We took a few months off and recently returned for their unlimited summer class promo! I've been sore and bruised for the past 2 weeks!
This place is such a safe haven, tho. The coaches are all beautiful souls and are uplifting. I have no bad words to speak of this place.
It really is empowering tapping in to our femininity with pole. The strength it takes, the resilience to master a trick or a routine. Not to mention the friends you make with other girls who cheer you on along the way. It's a sisterhood. You're gonna love it here.
