My daughter wanted a salon experience more than anything, and Erika absolutely delivered it! I let her know it was my daughter’s first “big kid” appt and that she was really just excited to have it blow dried out. From the shampoo to the end result though, Erika went above and beyond to make this experience for her. Erika made her feel so comfortable- chatted with her the entire time like they had been girlfriends forever, took her time to make sure it was exactly what my girl wanted and she left feeling beautiful.
