Both ladies were kind and professional, asking me constantly if I was doing okay. The entire staff was just all around amazing. You feel the joy and love of being at work and doing their profession. I was visiting family in Rochester and desperately needed a haircut. I was growing out an undercut and asked one of their senior stylists for cut recommendations and we ultimately decided on a long bob hairstyle. She didn’t sacrifice too much length and added some soft layers around the face; she gave me a voluminous blowout and it looked fantastic. Couldn’t ask for a better style!
