The rehab of the vegetation and of the dunes is terrific. The walking path is very well maintained and wide enough for easy passing of people on bicycles are walking their dog. The view in its entirety is very attractive and the grounds are very well kept with no graffiti or trash or homeless people around. Park.

Happened upon this pleasant park when the gym at Holiday Inn was inexplicably closed. Very well kept and full of activity with smooth running paths. About ~9 acres there are tennis courts, picnic areas, basketball and even a small workout area,
