It's funny that considering a Wedding Planner for your big weekend is usually the last vendor you think about, yet, they tend to be the spine of what makes the weekend successful, and this was definitely the case at our (covid) wedding. You know Tejel and her partner in crime, Vicky, did an amazing job when our guests noticed how hard at work they were while my wife and I, and our families, and our guests, enjoyed the occasion.
It was our decor vendor who first recommended we get a wedding planner, a month before our big day, and she recommended Tejel, and we are so glad we were pointed her way. From our first phone call, to the thorough schedule planning for the day, and constant availability to chat over text or call, she made planning fun. She responded within minutes, even if it was early in the morning, or late in the night. Two weeks prior to our big day, our venue had to cancel on us, Tejel was on it right away, sending emails to venues she could think of, and within 24 hours, we found a replacement venue!
She gathered all wedding favors, programs, accessories prior to the weekend, and had them ready and in place for the big day. She made sure we were on schedule, not held back for too many photos, ensured we had our lunch, got us coffee in between our ceremony and reception, and even made sure we had a drink in our hand throughout the reception! It is the attention to detail that really blew us away.
She ensured the wedding certificate was signed, collected all items from the gift box, and handed it over to the designated contact at the end of the night.
The weekend would not have been as stress-free and enjoyable for us without Tejel and Vicky, they are great fun, and a joy to talk to (we still keep in touch with her to this day!), and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and team.
