Katie was fantastic for our first session. She listened to what my issues were, she was attentive and asked questions to make sure she understood. Once she started working on me she explained what she was doing and why, she worked my problem areas instead of just general areas like usually happens.
Afterwards she worked with me on follow up and at home things I can do to help improve. She was very adamant about me having agency and accountability for my healing which I think is very important.
