The ARC is amazing, the staff is great! Big thank you to the bhts Delilah & Angie you helped me so much! Michael, Asia, Nicole, Jasmine thank you! My therapist Jonathan was great! My first week I was gonna leave everyday but they talked me through my anxiety! I am so grateful I chose this place, the food was great! And a big thank you to Chris! Anyone who is is struggling I highly recommend The Arc! And to Luciana my birthday twin i hope you had a great birthday 🎂

I arrived late June 2025 not knowing what to expect. I was just happy to be there. Happy to get the help I've been searching for my entire life. For the first time in my life I was surround by staff and peers who got me and actually shared their personal experiences with me so I didn't feel so alone. I learned there was a lot of past trauma I was harboring and I needed to work through my childhood trauma to heal. The staff just to name a few, Courtney, Julee, Amanda, Destiny, Kay, Jake (from State Farm), Lizzie, Juan, and Sweet D really made my stay exceptional. I wish I could name more staff because they are all so great well the ones who "truly care" are. I walked out more educated about my mental health and ready to work on the areas that need to be healed. I'm happy to report months later the CottonWood Tuscan magic worked. I have healed my inner child. (Yes, Kay and Courtney I am saying No and setting boundaries with people). Love you guys and would love to come visit again as a senior peer!

Buena Vista Tucson has the best staff hands down! Staff is compassionate, non-judgemental, welcoming & they genuinely care about patients. The staff works as a team to help patients in every aspect of treatment. Because it's a smaller facility, staff has more time to provide to each individual's needs. I wouldn't send my loved ones to any other detox in town because there's absolutely no comparison or equal alternative to BV amenities & quality of staff! Private rooms, catered food & the full continuum of care from detox to residential to a full array of IOP/OP/MAT options to suit anyone's scheduling needs. An Alumni program that's consistently growing to support former patients throughout their long-term recovery journey. Try to find a facility that offers anything close to BV Tucson, I bet you can't!
