I just want to give a huge shoutout to Audrina D, the new lead counselor. Ever since she came to this facility, the entire atmosphere has changed for the better. She always has a friendly smile, treats everyone with kindness and respect, and truly has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. She makes people feel welcomed, heard, and comfortable, which is something this place was really missing before. Honestly, I used to think this facility wasn’t that great, but Audrina has completely changed my perspective. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care for people make her the best addition this facility could’ve asked for. You can tell she truly cares about what she does, and it shows every single day. Thank you, Audrina, for making such a positive difference. I knew her from desert comprehensive treatment center before she’s the baddest!!!!!!!!
