I’ve never been to East House nor lived in Rochester. But if Ashley still works there I’d like everyone to know she’s absolutely wonderful! When I was homeless in the DV shelter Ashley would call me & give me resources/housing recommendations. One time she even went out her way to ask her supervisor about a DSS question I had. Very kind & extremely helpful, I hope life treats her well 🩵🩷.

I’ve been going here for addiction treatment for about 5 years. The doctors care! the nurse cares! They went above and beyond to help my husband and I. He lost his job because the company went under, so we weren’t insured because paperwork wasn’t filed correctly or something. Either way feeling extra grateful for the people who have been helping in my care for so many years! Making sure we are good on all fronts for many years.

My mom stayed there 7 days for detox Next day of she get out to do DETOX my mom social workers from A CPS PENDING CASE CALL THEM CUZ MY MOM 36 YEARS OLD DECIDED GO BACK AND DO INPATIENT 28 CUZ SHE REALLY Want to do the admissions..... They said she have to wait 2-3 weeks for a bed... Now I understand why the world been covered of many people want to get help and they don't care really well them...
