Dr Thomas A. McCarty, AuD is a phenomenal doctor that is very kind and he explains what he's doing and what the process for hearing aids is. He states the ones I will be getting will help with hearing, tinnitus, balance, memory and help me with being sensitive to certain noises! I'm praising God for him and his very kind staff!! I worked with Dr. Haley and she did a phenomenal job of explaining the procedure for the testing and fitting, answering my questions and being clear about what insurance does and does not cover so I understand how much I'm paying out of pocket. She also does her utmost to make her patients feel comfortable. I cannot reccomend this office enough.

Great staff, I didn’t have a long wait. Things were explain to me thought each step. Dr. Long and Dr Hall were very understanding of my hearing loss and wanting to find solutions to help me hear better. They both gave me a lot of things to think about and I have a pair of trial hearing aids to use for 3 weeks. I would be happy to return.
