Great experience! First, the front desk was really informative, patient, and welcoming! Our overall appointment was quick, thorough, and to the point! We got all the tests and info we needed in a very efficient matter of time. The doctor was so great with my kiddo! His directions were very clear, and he listened attentively to everything my daughter told him-whether her information was relevant or not, didn’t matter, he still listened, and she felt heard. Again, his tests were efficient and thorough, and he, along with everyone else we had contact with in the office, were great!

Dr Lam was excellent. Explained the process at each step. End result was explained with graph compared to previous test. I will recommend Dr. Lam to anyone seeking a hearing test.

Customer Review
Dr. Baker was very thorough with her questions and the hearing test itself. She clearly explained what data was being gathered and the results of my hearing test.
