From the first time I called to the day of my appointment, I was impressed with AR Family Dental! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs!
This was the first time in years I experienced such exemplary customer service, making me feel truly valued. KB provided a thorough tour of the office, explained everything I needed to know before my appointment, and even offered me a blanket if I felt cold. She(KB) was professional, gracious and very knowledgeable of her job!
I had to have a root canal done, and it was the best I've ever experienced, and for a root canal, that's saying a lot! I'm so excited! I've found a real dentist office and staff who care about their patients, not just the money! Thank you all for welcoming me to the AR Family Dental family! 🩷
