Amazing gym and fitness club! I don’t go to this location during the week due to traffic and overcrowding but I go every weekend. It’s very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Lots of machines and free weights but no instructors should you want aerobics type classes. I like the addition of the tanning beds but they’re only for premium members. It did surprise me that there is no pool or whirlpool but they have massage chairs that mostly work. All in all it’s the best gym in Little Rock for the price and amenities
