I went to see Kerri for a reiki session after a few weeks of not being able to sleep but also being physically and mentally exhausted - all of which was after the death of a very close and dear friend. Based on past reiki experiences after emotional events like that, I suspected reiki would help get me a little closer to functioning again. It did just that, and though it didn’t snap me out of my grief (because nothing does that), it did help me feel a little more refreshed and my issues improved to where I could get thru my nights without waking up (and my days without needing naps to function for the next 3-4 hours). Kerri is so kind and accommodating and clearly knows her stuff. I will certainly be back to see her.
