We had such a wonderful experience with Dr.Bains and his entire office staff. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and so patient. I especially want to thank Kim for how incredibly gentle, calm, and reassuring she was with my daughter during her dental treatment. She took the time to explain everything, made my daughter feel comfortable, and truly went above and beyond. Dr. Bains was professional, caring, and thorough, and it’s clear he truly cares about his patients. We are so grateful for the patience and compassion shown to our family. Management and staff work so well with kids. They actively involved my child by talking to her through her treatment and explaining what each tool was used for, which I really appreciated. Doctors are professional and informative when it came to answering my questions. They were very attentive to my child’s x-rays, when it came to keeping me updated on a certain concern we had. Most importantly, the whole team made my child feel comfortable throughout her visit. We look forward to our next appointment!
