We had the BEST experience with Dr. Hersch and his team! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by name before I even introduced myself—such a thoughtful touch. It was my 3-year-old son Ziggy’s very first dental visit, and they made it incredibly special. His name was written on a big welcome board, which immediately made him feel important and excited.
The office itself is amazing—there’s a full game room with video games along all three walls, which totally helped ease any nerves. During the exam, Dr. Hersch found and removed a popcorn kernel that was lodged in one of Ziggy’s back teeth (mom win!). He was so calm, patient, and gentle—my son felt completely comfortable the entire time.
And the cherry on top—the toy selection at the end! I couldn’t believe those were take-home prizes. Ziggy also got a little dental mirror and has been playing “dentist” at home ever since.
I feel so grateful to have found such amazing care. Dr. Hersch is not only a fantastic dentist but a wonderful role model for kids. Highly recommend!
