Adam is the best! I’m 3 months post ACL Reconstruction and meniscectomy and I have been doing my PT for the last couple of months. I am at this page because I continue to benefit from the emails of wonderful excercises posted to my emails periodically. I received excellent therapy from Stella who is very good, professional and great at what she does such that I have been feeling much better . Whenever I went there, I did not experience any form of discrimination or bias. We were always a mixed group. I am sad to here about people who felt otherwise.
