Let’s be honest- starting therapy is hard. But I can’t recommend Milia enough. She is excellent at creating a warm, welcoming environment where I felt completely comfortable opening up. She listens with genuine care and her guidance is both thoughtful and practical. She also always seems to ask the right questions and challenges me in ways that have led to real growth and clarity. I always leave our sessions feeling more understood and equipped with tools I can actually use in my daily life.
