I went to this urgent care clinic this past Tuesday due to severe back and nerve pain from a muscle spasm. Other urgent care places closer to me would not take me because I needed an appointment and they could not give me until the next day. Sutter Urgent Care takes walk ins and you can go to their website and "get in line," meaning you tell them you will be there in x minutes and they tell you how many people are ahead of you. Then when you get there they are already expecting you and the check in is easy and quick. The wait time on this particular visit was shorter than when I visit my regular doctor! I barely had time to use the restroom before they called me in to see the doctor. The staff, nurses and doctors are so kind and caring and the facility is clean and modern with lots of parking! Even though this is a bit further out of my way, I will be going to this urgent care from now on.
