They routinely treat injuries and sudden pain from lacerations, diabetes, bad coughs (e.g., Covid testing, RSV testing), asthma, muscle strains and more. I had such a wonderful experience at Burbank Urgent Care. This is truly one of the nicest urgent care centers I’ve ever been to.
The administration team is amazing — so kind, organized, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The nurses are absolutely awesome — caring, patient, and attentive. And the doctors are outstanding, especially Doctor Diego. He was professional, compassionate, and took the time to make us feel comfortable and heard.
We truly appreciate everything they do. They are a 10 out of 10 for sure! Highly recommend!

I have been several times over the years and have always found the staff warm, compassionate, and eager to understand and help. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. My only concern is that there were a couple of times when an actual MD was not on site… but the PAs and NPs seemed knowledgeable and I felt safe…It is my go to Urgent Care and I have recommended people.

As soon as you enter the facility, you are greeted with the most professional and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, the place can be very busy so a lil bit more patience is needed. Hands down to the Doctors and Staff running this place because they have the skills to handle a huge crowd, non-stop, and still keep a smile in their faces - and still keeping it professional.
