The trainees asked can she shadow the appointment, the employee gave her step by step instructions on what was being done as well as gave her the opportunity to assist me in going to the next room. Best medical office visit ever. Got an urgent care appointment for 1 1/2 hours after calling. Got seen within 10 minutes of arriving including check-in and form fill out. And everyone was friendly, professional and kind. Definitely a 5 star operation. Thank you Carbon Health for taking such good care of my grandson.
