They handled him with such patience, compassion, and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure he was well taken care of, and they explained everything clearly so I knew he was in the best hands. I have to say I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pleasant Valley Veterinary Clinic to everyone. The staff at check, in, Zach the animal assistant, and Dr. Koonce made my initial visit phenomenal. Everyone I encountered were so professional and definitely made me fill like I was a VIP. Dr. Koonce answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed. He was extremely personable and has definitely found his calling. He loves the animals he treats, and I could not be any happier with my decision as to selecting him and his clinic for my new kitten's needs. Kudos to all at Pleasant Valley Veterinary Clinic. My boyfriend and I brought our cat, Peach, here on 1/19. She was very sick with a high fever, not eating, etc. We arrived during shift change and everyone was very kind. They tested her very thoroughly and were able to treat her. She stayed overnight for fluids. Now she’s back to her usual self. I really appreciate the care - it really started from the moment we walked in.
