Dr. Palaya Is an amazing veterinary doctor. She goes above and beyond anytime my dog needs assistance. She’s had several issues, one of them being a very hard to treat foot/toenail infection. Finally, after several weeks, the infection is under control, her immune and endocrine system is running much better and she’s a healthy 10 year-old pup again. Thank you to Dr P and Jill‘s team for making me feel so comfortable, relieved, and grateful. Our family’s peace of mind means everything!

I am the owner of a local dog training business and on Friday 2/6, I brought in a dog that I am sitting for a concern about his eye. I called around to different vet offices to see if anyone would be able to see him on short notice in hopes to avoid the high wait times and cost of the emergency vet. Every single person I interacted with at Ohana, from the receptionist who scheduled us to be seen later that same day, to the office staff, techs and assistants, were so kind, helpful and pleasant. Dr. Perez treated my pup very gently and recommended treatment with compassion and understanding. In spite of us probably being the very last patient seen before closing on a Friday evening, I never felt rushed or burdensome in the slightest. They answered all of my questions and took all of my concerns into careful consideration. As a dog professional that works adjacent to a lot of vet care providers, I know how truly, and unfortunately, rare this type of experience is. I am so grateful to Dr. Perez and the staff. I will definitely be switching over my personal pets to their care and will be referring all of my clients to Ohana Ventura in the future.

There's so much to say about this facility. I came in recently with a very sick cat. The CSR at the front desk was very welcoming and roomed us immediately. Our wonderful technician Liz came in and let us know how severe my cat's condition was. I knew it was going to come with a hefty price. I let her know of my financial struggles and asked what my best options were. She went over an estimate and I knew I couldn't afford treatment with such a low percentage of my cat recovering. I asked her about euthanasia options. I decided it was going to be best for my cat to not suffer. I was able to spend as much time as I wanted with my cat. Liz's compassion for my situation made the experience less traumatic for me. The staff at this facility are some of the bests in the field that I've experienced. I would highly recommend it!
