My experience was absolutely phenomenal! All of the ladies that helped me were so kind. I started with the red light therapy, followed by my first time doing a cold plunge, next the infrared sauna and finally the lymphatic drainage massage. Each service was amazing. I would recommend them all. It was a personal challenge to see if I could actually do the cold plunge and this was by far the most profound service I did yesterday. My guide was Kayla and she is so gifted!! Her caring sweet energy allowed me to trust the process. She held the space for me and all that came up. I am so thankful for the experience with her intuitive, grounded and loving spirit as my guide. She is a gem!! Thank you all for creating and holding such a scared space!
