I'm so happy I found United Medical Fitness after my previous fitness center dissolved. The equipment at UMF is first rate, from the treadmills to the ellipticals to the Concept II Ergs (rowers). The group trainings included in the very affordable monthly dues .... are fast-paced, fun and effective. Highly recommend!
