I just want to say thank you Tina for giving us a studio to practice in where we can love our mind, body and soul. 🙏🏼🧘🏼‍♀️ Being surrounded by like minded woman has been a blessing to me and exactly what I have needed for myself. I highly recommend Agape Flow Studio to anyone looking for a place to feel at home, where you are always welcomed. One of my favorite things is leaving the ego at home, no judgement on your practice or others.. whether a beginner or a novice, there is something for everyone. A very beautiful and gentle atmosphere to practice yoga and meditation. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There was a wide variety of classes including a back care program. Other services offered are sound baths, vibro acoustics healing frequency beds, voice analysis and a lovely boutique.

The staff at Sukha Studios are all amazing, and all of the classes are wonderful. Yoga has helped me improve much of my chronic pain, and I always look forward to the nice and heated rooms for deep stretching and the Bikram practice helps so much with balance, mobility, and getting into a meditative state to quiet the ever persistent mind chatter. There is a class for everyone at Sukha so check them out!:)
