Mr. Whitney provided excellent service for our family by representing us against a flooring contractor. Our old floor was pulled up by the contractor, but then they were unable to complete the work and install the new flooring. We unfortunately were put in an awful position where we only had sub flooring on our main level and basement. We didn't know what to do.
