Richard H. Schoenberger has enjoyed remarkable success in his almost 40-year legal career. His outstanding skills and presence in the courtroom have made him one of the most highly respected trial lawyers in California. In honor of his achievements in the courtroom, Rich was inducted as the 37th member of the California Lawyers Association Trial Lawyers Hall of Fame in August of 2024.
My daughter was represented by this firm in a burn injury case. Michael Kelly and Katherine Connolly did an outstanding job on a complex lawsuit against multiple parties, including PG&E. Mr. Kelly initially made a personal visit to meet with us at home. Ms. Connolly was supportive and professional. Her coaching before, and attendance at medical examinations and depositions was grounding as well as reassuring. As the case progressed, everything we were told would happen eventually occurred. The legal services were above and beyond with careful attention to standards of excellence and perseverance to settle the case equitably. I highly recommend this law firm and attorneys, without reservation.

Law Brothers firm employs the services of medical experts to analyze medical malpractice claims from the very beginning. Before an accusation is made against a doctor, the medical opinion necessary to support the claim is obtained, and their expert may provide testimony if required in arbitration or to a jury. Other firms may take on a medical malpractice case without immediately seeking the expert medical advice necessary to commence the proceedings.
