Jinoo Hwang was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. His diverse background in government, business, and education equips him with a creative approach to legal issues. Simply put, Jinoo’s background makes him a better lawyer. Before law school, he owned a successful multi-state publishing company (9 years), actively managed real estate investments, and worked as an adjunct instructor for the University of Oregon (16 years). Early on in his legal career, Jinoo knew it would be important to obtain an intimate knowledge of the court system.

Mr. Jinoo Hwang is one of the most professional Attorneys I have ever met. I was so nervous to go see an attorney for my mama’s probate. Mr. Hwang made me feel comfortable right away. He is very compassionate, caring and explains things very well so it is easy to understand. He also has a great sense of humor and he could tell when I was getting overwhelmed and or I needed a break emotionally. I was so happy to meet him.
