Thank you Mr. Kuntz and all staff for the assistance you have provided in helping me throughout this long and difficult social security process. Tony Adderley is an attorney working on behalf of individuals entitled to Social Security Disability (SSD) and worker's compensation benefits since 1993. As a Social Security attorney he has handled a variety of different cases for a variety of different clients all with their own unique sets of injuries and circumstances. In addition to helping out with initial application filing, Tony Adderley and his trusted team of legal aides can also provide legal representation for individuals who might be entitled to coverage and benefits but who have already been denied by either the Social Security Administration (SSA) or the worker's compensation system – or any other program such as the state disability (SDI) program.
Working with Tony Adderley and his office was quick and easy. Although I ended up losing my appeal because of an unsympathetic judge and incompetent psychiatrist, I believe the attorney and his office worked on my behalf with great effort and diligence. I'd recommend them to anyone with a strong case.

Kathryn Yount , If you have a physical or mental condition which may keep you from working for at least a year or more and/ or could result in death – you may be eligible to receive Social Security Disability benefits. Benefits may also be available to certain family members if you are caring for a family member with a disability or have children. These benefits are paid through the Social Security Administration’s Social Security Disability Insurance program, which you likely contributed to as a payroll deduction when you were working.
I had an injury that happened over time. They fought for me and got benefits for me that I did not know that I could get. Kathryn and the other attorney there were so helpful. I was glad that they were near me and still a great law firm.
