We moved into Aventine Northshore just a few weeks ago & are thrilled to be living here! We knew the moment that Taylor showed us the apartment that it was for us. The complex is in the perfect location for easy access to grocery stores, shopping, pharmacies, & the Pellissippi Parkway. We were so impressed with the pristine & spacious apartment & the many beautiful & convenient amenities, Taylor & Hannah supported us with accurate & timely information to smoothly help us through the move-in process. The skilled, knowledgeable & friendly maintenance crew including Chris & Lee have provided prompt & excellent support. Communications with the management & maintenance staff have been seamless & the online portal is an excellent tool for 2-way information flow. The complex grounds are immaculate & we’ve enjoyed the gorgeous landscaping. Aventine Northshore is a five-star experience to call home & we’re so happy to be here!

I have been living at Marble Alley for almost a year now, and everything about it has been incredible. From the initial tours with Cameron and Siarra, to the most wonderful maintenance crew, the staff is amazing. Bethany is so kind and aways willing to help whenever I have any questions. My apartment and the amenities are beautiful - a wonderful location for anyone looking to live downtown. Looking forward to making more memories with Marble Alley!

This was by far the best place I have ever lived (apartment/townhouse wise). We started out at Eagle Pointe in a 2 bed 1.5 bath, but it was not big enough for us at all. Would be great for 2 people. They were kind of loud since you shared a porch with neighbors. The walls were pretty thin. They allowed us to move to the courtyards shortly after and we absolutely loved it. Parking was pretty decent and the place was very roomy. They are a little outdated, but honestly the space and how quiet it was definitely made up for it. I didn’t have a lot of interaction with the people in the office, but they were nice when I did. The pools were nice, but always crowded with large families- only drawback. The maintenance manager was awesome, we loved him.
