I needed assistance with an overcharge and items left behind at he hotel. It took 2 weeks to rectify the issue. Kayla saved the day. The Hyatt Regency is extremely lucky to have an employee like Kayla. Otherwise this hotel would get 1 star. So curious, kind, understanding and willing to help. Thank you Kayla. Very pleasant and unique hotel set downtown in the middle of a quaint neighborhood. Great restaurant, food, and service. Rooms were clean with little details like some mouthwash! Very busy with some conferences being held. Some renovations currently ongoing but nothing disruptive. Even the workers were polite. Hope to be back.
