I love the beds here! I love this hotel. They have the best, most soft pillows in the industry. I challenge you to find more comfortable pillows anywhere else! I wish I could afford to stay here every single night. Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the staff being pretty unfriendly, not very helpful, acting annoyed when I had a question, not knowing the area around them and not willing to help a lady with her bags. I stayed here 7 years ago and the difference is striking! The staff was so attentive, I had a personal concierge... Those days are long gone apparently. I miss the days of attentive customer service.
