The hotel was in a good location if you needed to be in Knoxville. Very clean and nice. The only problem I had was there wasn't a elevator or way to get back to the rooms from the parking garage, so if you didn't use the valet you had to walk a pretty good way. There were no carts to put your luggage on either so you better pack lightly unless you want to make several trips.
