This hotel has been my home for the past 9+ months and can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. The staff is remarkable. GM Jelique Ayala is always attentive and responsive. Front desk staff is remarkable - Pat, Chrissy, Nik, Bryan, Harshad and Isaac. Breakfast staff, Monica and Irma, are always a step ahead, making sure everything is ready. Housekeeping staff always makes sure everything is taken care of with the room, making sure it is clean and comfortable: Lupe, Lucy, Erica, Martha, Elsa, Patricia, Suyapa, and Aracely. Eng/Maint, Christian is always friendly and engaging. The whole staff has made me feel like family, making this my home for the foreseeable future.
