Croghans is the best and most helpful jewelry store in the world! For my wife's 60th birthday, I wanted to buy her some emerald earrings, and Croghans' website indicated that the earrings I wanted were sold-out. While in the store with my wife who was buying a gift for her mother, I sadly looked at the emerald section and talked to a very nice young lady named Laura. I lamented to Laura how I missed the chance to buy the sold-out emerald earrings I wanted for my wife. Before we left the store, Laura somehow found the last pair of the sold-out emerald earrings. The earrings were so beautiful. Laura went the extra mile for my wife and me and truly made our day. If you want high quality jewelry and super helpful customer service, Croghans is the best.
