Obviously, it’s not a good day if you have to get your car towed to your mechanic. Thankfully, Eriker came through with a fast, safe, and damage free tow!! I had called another tow company prior to Eriker and the dispatch person had me waiting over an hour for a driver to contact me-I gave up and googled and other company and I’m glad I found Eriker. They picked up the phone immediately, the dispatcher was very nice and efficient. They used a texting service that kept me up to date on the time the driver would arrive (which I appreciated since the previous tow company left me high and dry). The driver was very friendly and I rode with him in the truck to my mechanics shop. I’m really pleased with this tow service and will be using them again if either of my cars ever need a tow again.
My tow was $175 from Garland to Farmers Branch-which I think is very fair for the safe and fast service.
