When my husband scheduled this, I was very skeptical. I thought just another sales person to waste my day trying to sell me some over priced junk. Michelle showed up and i was honest woth her, we got a quote from Anderson a few years ago and it was absolutely ridiculous so i wasnt interested in wasting my day if hers was going to be the same. She assured me it was not. She was very friendly. We actually laughed and joked while she showed us the products. It didn't take very long at all. She wasn't pushy trying to upset the most expensive product they had. She showed us the differences, took measurements gave us the quote and added some discounts to get us where we wanted to be. So far 5 stars. I was impressed with her and will recommend her to anyone needing window replacements. I will update my review after installation.
