The wizard Greg and his technician Jacob are absolutely great. I was able to get my screen replaced on my Samsung with ease. They were friendly knowledgeable and great at communicating when my repair would be complete. They even helped reset up the claim properly when Asurion did not allocate the right parts needed. They're a 2 man team, so be kind they can only do so much at once! I will be taking all of my electronics to them for any issues
