This is the only place I will have my clothes cleaned. I have a very nice coat that I got on a trip to a foreign country. It has leather lining the pockets and collar. The owner prevented using dry cleaning chemicals on this sensitive piece of clothing, and was able to clean it with another method. My coat is clean and pressed. This incident could have gone a completely different way, and its sheer experience and knowledge that led to the positive outcome. The owner didn’t even charge me for the cleaning, because it took a little extra time. I will never go to another dry cleaner in Knoxville. This is the place!!
