This particular property didn't have a drain access so he was unable to complete the sewer scope they had requested. I would give these guys 10 stars! Contacted Reckner to inspect a home I'm purchasing. They can do it all and they spent 3 hours with the realtor and me. House, well, and septic they explained things thoroughly and answered ALL our questions. They were so cool and personable I actually enjoyed the 3 hours, lol. The knowledge between the 3 of them was amazing, detail oriented and educating. Combining the three inspections also saved me money and time. Thank you Steve, Dan and Nick!!
