Mark Facklam was very personable and professional. He took the time to listen and take pictures of the very few issues with the property. CREC pm has been very nice to work with. Responsive to maintenance issues and easy to communicate with. I have rented from them for the past 3 years and have no plans to move. I highly recommend them if you are looking to rent a nice place in the Mt. Pleasant area.
