Javier Carrera Photography journey in photography has a somewhat ambiguous beginning. He first became interested in it while working as a journalist for a newspaper in Guayaquil, Ecuador, in 2010. Surrounded by photographers, he learned about camera handling and the fundamentals of photojournalism. Over the years, he developed an interest in corporate event and wedding photography, as well as portrait and food photography. For the past eight years, these have been him main areas of focus.

Javier was incredible and the photos of Industrial Marketing Summit turned out better than ever. I am so glad we invested in a creative like him with his photojournalist background. Everything feels real, authentic and absolutely true to the 3-day experience. He was proactive in his planning, showed up during our setup the day before the event to walk the venue and get oriented. From there, he was independent and carried the mantle of capturing our event without trouble. Even still, he would check in just to make sure there weren't any moments outside our run of show he needed to be in the room for. So so happy with this partnership. We will certainly work with Javier again if he'll have us!
