This was only our second time coming here and it did NOT disappoint. Our waiter, Cal, was phenomenal. He walked us through how all the meat is treated and cooked, gave recommendations, he was polite, and consistently checked in on us to make sure we were taken care of. I ordered the Chile relleno with brisket and it was a bit different as they dont fry them, but it was a delightful change. My husband ordered the nachos with brisket added and it was a ton of food. Granted it was on the appetizer list and its definitely a portion for a table. We also got the beer fries with a cheese and gravy per Cal's recommendation and it was all so good. Now you guys just need to get biscuits to go with that gravy and it would be awesome. So many options on this menu that we will be back.
