Boxcar Coffee Roasters was founded in 2010 by husband-and-wife team Vajra and Cara Rich with the goal of creating a world-class coffee roasting company in their hometown of Boulder, Colorado. Delicious coffee and bakery, friendly staff, and quaint atmosphere rightly describes Boxcar Coffee. I enjoy everything on the menu and frequently indulge in a mocha, brown butter oatmeal raisin cookie, and frittatas. The coffee is excellent and the food items are always fresh, quality and delicious. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Street parking. Boxcar Coffee is definitely a must when in Boulder.

Flatiron Coffee is a locally owned and independent coffeehouse in Boulder, Colorado, established in 2009. The Cafe was founded with a focus on gourmet specialty coffee, quality ingredients, and a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. Owner Melissa is a Colorado local and has more than two decades of experience crafting specialty espresso drinks.
This is one of my new favorite places. The coffee is great, nice and strong. There’s a good amount of space to sit and enjoy your coffee with a nice book. The employees are very nice and pleasant, and the place is relaxing. I love that they are using more recyclable materials (the lid) and I’m definitely going to ask if we can bring in our own reusable mugs as well. So far, great experiences!

Food was delicious, fresh and tasty. My children loved it, especially breakfast toast with croissant! Latte was very smooth and pleasant The staff was accommodative, I ordered something by mistake and they exchanged it for a different item without any hesitation. I appreciate the service Indoor and outdoor seating available and they have a high chair for little ones.
