We were visiting the area and we love good Italian food. We happen to find this place by chance and were exceedingly surprised and thrilled by their cheese ravioli. So we decided it was worth a sit down meal. My wife and I were absolutely blown away by everything. From their service, to their delicious food and their more than reasonable prices and generous serving sizes. Absolutely delicious and anytime we are back in SD. We will be coming back to this amazing hole in the wall restaurant.
Delicious food! I had the calamari Caruso appetizer with a great Cabernet from Napa and it didn’t disappoint. The staff is friendly and service was exceptional. Great experience! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to eat there on my next visit.

The food and atmosphere is superb. Lucas was our server and made the meal so enjoyable. We started with mussels and fried zucchini, which was a delicacy. We ordered the vegan lasagna, which was scrumptious, and a sausage pasta called casareccia tartufata. Flavors really sang. The pasta is homemade and even during a busy event like the Little Italy festival, the hostess and server went out of their way to take care of us.
