I picked up a to go order at lunch time. Even though it was a busy time, staff greeted guests upon entrance and wished them a good day while exiting. While Chuck delivered food to a table, he checked on another table and asked if everything was ok. The food, staff and atmosphere was perfect! This was a great customer service experience ⭐⭐

I've been to several Panera Bread locations and this is by far my favorite! This morning I stopped in to bring food to my uncle who is at Miami Valley Hospital...they bent over backwards to help me find things that were soft so he would be able to eat something. The woman who took care of me was Kathy, she was so wonderful! I will definitely be back and tell others about my experience!
