Despite the place being completely packed with a waitlist early on a weekday dinner, we did not have to wait for a very long time. The food and service has always been exceptional here, no wonder it is a local favorite. Our steaks were cooked to the right temperature and seasoned well. Definitely recommend sweet potato with brown sugar and butter for the side

Firebirds was great! I had the shrimp pasta and my partner had the short ribs, both were excellent. Our server, Dante was wonderful! We also were checked on by Lani, who was also fantastic. We were very impressed by the hostess and how gracefully she handled the rush! We will be back soon!
