Diamond Catering made the chaos of finding the right food for our wedding day stress-free. We were able to taste test 3 different entrees, and 6 different sides. Picking up our samples was quick and easy, and they have a lovely office. We had a blast trying the food out at home with our family, and the portions were ample enough for all of us to get a good taste. Each item was delicious to the point that it was difficult to chose the one for our wedding! On the day of our wedding, the food was exquisite and portions were large (which is great for our family who loves food). We got so many compliments on how delicious the food was. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish and we would highly recommend this vendor for catering.

The best Culinary studio. If you need catering for any event this has to be your first option; quality food, excellent service, professionalism, excellent customer service. Super delicious food and desserts. The red velvet gold dustes cupcake was excellent. The canoli hands down the best I've ever tried in El Paso. The prime rib steak medium well done was juicy, delicious, and very filling. The potatoes with rosemary was on point and the smell and taste of fresh rosemary was not only fragrant but fresh. I highly recommend this place and Alma and her staff are great at not only the food here but customer service.
