I’m in town this week for KidStrong Owner training and stopped by La Madeleine for a to-go order. I accidentally purchased my meal on my personal card and needed to have it refunded and recharged to my business card—the staff was so helpful and patient in getting that sorted out for me!
My cashier, Douglas, was absolutely great—he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. Even though I didn't dine in this time, I was so impressed by how neat and clean the entire restaurant was. Most importantly, the food was delicious and packed perfectly. I will definitely be dining in the next time I’m in town!
